The 6 week structure includes the following process:

Week 1: Vision
Week 2: Investigating Current Reality
Week 3: What's Wanted and Needed
Week 4: Breaking Free
Week 5: Commitment: Having it Happen
Week 6: Finishing Well/Celebration and Appreciation!

Also includes:

  • 6 one hour coaching sessions by phone or in person
  • weekly homework designed to further explore new possibilities and perspectives
  • weekly audio CD designed to bring deeper clarity around distinctions discussed in coaching sessions
  • Phone support during the 6 week session
  • Unlimited email access
